Hargreaves & Nurse Ltd is ATOL and ABTA bonded meaning that our clients who book a package holiday can be confident that they benefit from full financial and legal protection in the event of our financial failure.
We will not charge an administration fee for amendments to any element of your holiday arrangements due to COVID-19. However, airlines may charge fees to alter flight tickets which we will pass on to you.
We will postpone the due date for the payment of the balance of your holiday cost to enable you to consider your options if your holiday arrangements are affected by the restrictions relating to COVID-19.
We will endeavour to secure agreements with our suppliers to honour their 2021 prices for holidays having to be postponed to 2022 (which we succeeded in achieving for the significant majority of holidays postponed from 2020 to 2021).
For the majority of accommodations in our holiday collection, if you book a holiday with us before 31st December 2020, the only deposit you will be asked to pay is £50 per person. However some of our accommodations do require an increased booking deposit for certain room types. Also if you book your flights through us, you will be required to pay for them in full at the time of booking.
We comply with guidance issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and respect our clients’ concerns in relation to the advice issued. If the FCDO advice is against ‘all but essential travel’ 14 days or less before you are due to go on holiday, we will contact you to discuss your options.

All of the accommodations in our collection have implemented COVID-19 protocols to take the necessary measures to comply with the local health and safety requirements and ensure the maximum protection for guests. This also includes our hire car suppliers and airport transfer operators.
In summer 2020 we visited - and will visit again in 2021 - a large selection of our accommodations to gain first-hand experience of the measures put in place in order to ensure the safety and health of our guests. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of any issue that might impact upon your holiday arrangements and, where necessary, work with you to try to find a suitable solution.
